Opening times for click and collect are:

Monday - Friday, 9am-2pm.

Please bring with you a form of ID that matches the name on your order. Please wear a mask when entering. Free parking is available.

We aim to have your order ready asap - usually same day within a couple of hours. If your order is placed after 2pm it will be ready for collection the next working day. Please await your ‘Dispatch email’ before travelling to us.


All items are sent via Royal Mail second class, unless selected other wise at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer Free UK postage when you spend £30 or more. Enter code: 'FREEPOSTAGE' at checkout to qualify.


We ship internationally from the UK. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, these are based on size, weight and country to be sent to. Your item/s will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked service. The delivery can take between 3-10 business days (unless there are any delays due to covid-19 / customs.)

You, the recipient may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in Your receiving country before You can claim Your parcel. These charges will depend on the country, and the value of the item/s. These charges are your responsibility. 


Each order can take up to 2 business days to dispatch, but we aim to ship all orders the same day!

Should you need to return an item or have a query, please contact us using the contact form and one of our dedicated team will get back to you asap!

Should you wish to return an item - it must be in its original packaging, unused indicating your order number and proof of purchase.

Food items such as colourings, edible paints and sprinkles will not be eligible for a refund due to health and safety reasons, unless faulty.

You are responsible for paying for your own returns shipping costs. Shipping costs are non refundable.
