These pretty sprinkles are perfect to glam up your cakes, cupcakes, cakesicles and biscuits etc.

Blue strands:
Icing Sugar (sugar, potato starch), Un hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (palm), Maize Starch, Water, Emulsifier (rapeseed lecithin), Glazing Agents (shellac, acacia gum), Colours (E132)

Blue shimmery strands:
Sugar, Vegetable Oil (coconut), Glucose Syrup, Colours (E133, E141, E171), Glazing Agent (E901 with coconut oil, shellac.

Blue 100's and 1000's:
Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, wheat starch, colouring: spirulina concentrate, glazing agent: carnauba wax

Pale Blue 100's and 1000's:
Sugar, WHEAT starch, Glucose Syrup, Spirulina Concentrate, Carnauba Wax.

Blue shimmery pearls:
Sugar, Dextrose, Glucose syrup, WHEAT starch, colours (E133, E141, E171), glazing agent: shellac

Blue chocoballs:
Milk Chocolate (53%) [sugar, cocoa butter (20% min), whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa min: 32%], sugar, stabilizer,: arabic gum, maize starch, colour – E133, E171 glazing agent: E464, carnauba wax, beeswax.

Blue rods:
Sugar, WHEAT semolina, stabilizer: arabic gum, colouring: E133 and E171, stabilizers: E460(i) and E464, emulsifier: E472a, glazing agent: carnauba wax
(PLEASE NOTE: the centre of these rods are made from Wheat Semolina (raw pasta). Whilst edible, this product is very hard and crunchy (but they look amazing!!)
