NOTE: the centre of the rods are made from Wheat Semolina (raw pasta). Whilst edible, this product is very hard and crunchy (but they look amazing!!)

WHITE 7MM PEARLS: Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, WHEAT starch. Colour; E171. Glazing agent; shellac.

WHITE STRANDS : Icing sugar, sugar, potato starch, maize starch, un hydrogenated palm fat, water. Emulsifier; rapeseed lecithin. Glazing agents; shellac, acacia gum.

BLACK PEARLS :Sugar (74,9%), wheat flour, starch (wheat/ maize), stabiliser: Arabic gum, glucose syrup, colourings: E153, Glazing agents: carnauba wax , beeswax and shellac
